The Chairman and Principal Officer of Fair Deal is Mr. O.P. Dua is fellow of Insurance Institute of India and took SVRS from The Oriental Insurance co. Ltd after more then 26 years of service.

Mr. B.L.Sharma, who is fellow of Insurance Institute of India and retired as Manager from The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd after more than 30 years of service.

Mr. Bhajan Singh, an Associate of Insurance Institute of India and took SVRS from The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd after more than 27 years of service.

We as Brokers represent our client's best interest when negotiating a contract between the client and the insurer.

Licensed brokers must demonstrate a full complement of technical and personal skills as mandated by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA).

To remain licensed, a broker must meet IRDA requirements in daily practice and obtain additional educational qualifications (mandatory 100 hours training and an Examination conducted by National Insurance Academy, Pune).
